The Easiest Colorado Courses to Actually Book
Eight courses that almost never showed fully booked in our data, good options for a same-week round without the scramble.
Sellout rate is one of the more useful numbers buried in our data: the share of the time a course showed zero open tee times when we checked. These eight courses had the lowest sellout rates of anywhere we track, several never sold out once across more than a season of 15-minute polling. A few of these are also on our priciest courses list, which says something: price and demand don't always move together. For the full breakdown across all 58 courses with reliable data, see the full data report.
A few of these are 9-hole or par-3 layouts that don't carry an 18-hole rate, hence the missing prices below.
Meadows never once showed fully booked across more than 13,800 snapshots, which is remarkable given it also averages $83.29, making it one of the priciest courses we track too. If you want a premium round in Littleton without fighting for a tee time, this is it.
Foothills Golf Course matched Meadows exactly, tied at $83.29 average and also a perfect 0% sellout rate. Between the two, the Foothills Park & Rec system might be the most reliably bookable premium golf in the metro.
The 9-hole executive course at the same Foothills complex, built for a fast round or short-game practice. It also never sold out in our data, which tracks, a quick nine is usually the easiest tee time at any facility.
Foothills' par-3 layout, the third course at the same complex, rounds out a clean sweep, all three Foothills courses on this list never showed fully booked once. Good for beginners, families, or a relaxed round without the full 18-hole commitment.
Broken Tee is a friendly, walkable course on the south side of Denver near the Tech Center, and it also never sold out once in our data despite a real 18-hole layout and $70.13 average rate.
Boomerang Links is a wide-open, links-style course on Greeley's west side with views toward Longs Peak. It sold out just 3% of the time we checked, at a moderate $62 average.
A Hale Irwin–designed semi-private course in Erie with sweeping views of Longs Peak and the Front Range. At $59.10 average and a 4% sellout rate, it's a well-regarded design that's genuinely easy to get into.
Highland Hills, also in Greeley, rounds out the list at $62.03 average and a 4% sellout rate, classic Front Range municipal golf that's rarely hard to book.
How this is measured
Sellout rate is the share of all snapshots where a course showed zero open tee times, captured across our full polling window (June 12 – Aug 19, 2026). Prices are the average 18-hole rate over that same window, not list prices from a website. Rates and availability change with season, day of week, and time of day, so treat these as a starting point, not a guarantee.
Disclaimer. Figures are drawn from TeeScout's own availability-history logging between June 12 and Aug 19, 2026. Pricing and availability change; always confirm current rates directly with the course before booking.
