Who's behind TeeScout
Hey, I'm Aidan, a frontend engineer in Denver. I studied computer science at CU and got into golf a few summers ago here in Colorado. It didn't take long to get hooked.
Pretty quickly I was scouring the whole metro for the ever-elusive Saturday morning tee time, with no luck unless someone dropped theirs before the cancellation window closed the day before.
So at first I'd just refresh the booking page every ten minutes the day before I wanted to play, waiting for something to pop up. Eventually I figured I could put my degree to use and build a tool to do the watching for me. It emailed me the second a slot opened in the time range I wanted, and it worked way better than refreshing all afternoon.
It seemed too useful to keep to myself, so I turned it into TeeScout: every Colorado tee time in one place, an alert the moment your course opens up, and no fees for you or the course.
Frequently asked questions
Is TeeScout free?
Yes, completely. It's free to search and free to set tee time alerts. We never charge you and there are no booking fees. Every tee time links straight to the course's own site at the regular public rate.
Do you book the tee time for me?
No. TeeScout shows you what's available and links you directly to the course's own booking system, where you reserve at the normal rate. We don't handle the payment, take a cut, or add fees.
How current is the availability?
We refresh tee times from each course's booking platform about every 15 minutes throughout the day. Because courses book on their own systems, a slot can occasionally be taken by the time you click through, but we keep it as current as possible.
How do the tee time alerts work?
Set a free alert for the courses, date, and time window you want. We check availability around the clock and email or text you the moment a matching slot opens up, which often happens when someone cancels the day before.
Which courses does TeeScout cover?
76 public golf courses across the Denver metro and Front Range, including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. We're always adding more.
Where does the tee time data come from?
Directly from the booking platforms the courses use. TeeScout aggregates that public availability into one place so you don't have to check each course's site individually.
A note on data freshness
Availability is refreshed frequently throughout the day. Because courses book on their own systems, a slot shown here may occasionally be taken by the time you click through, but we keep it as current as possible.
Disclaimer. TeeScout is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by any golf course or booking platform listed. All data is sourced from publicly available booking systems; pricing and availability may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the course before your round.
