A First-Timer's Guide to Booking Online
What a tee sheet actually is, what all the booking terms mean, and how to book your first Denver round without calling a pro shop.

What a "tee sheet" is
Every golf course manages its schedule through a tee sheet, a grid of available start times, usually in 8 to 12 minute intervals, that fills up as people book. Almost every public course in the Denver area runs its tee sheet through one of a handful of booking platforms. Some courses use the same platform, most don't, which is exactly why searching course by course gets old fast, and why an aggregator like TeeScout exists in the first place.
The four things every booking form asks for
Date & time window
Most searches let you pick a date and a range, like "morning" or "after 2pm," rather than one exact minute.
Holes: 9 or 18
Decide before you search. Some courses only show 18-hole times by default and hide 9-hole options unless you ask.
Player count
How many in your group, from 1 to 4. Some tee times only have room for 1 or 2 spots left, this is why.
How to actually book
Search TeeScout for your date, time window, and party size, and you'll see real-time availability across every course we cover, all in one list instead of a dozen open tabs. When you find a time you want, clicking it takes you straight to that course's own official booking page to finish the reservation. We don't process the booking or take a cut, you're paying the course directly, at their normal listed rate. If you don't see anything you like right now, you can also set a free alert and we'll notify you the moment a matching time opens.
A few practical tips
- Weekday mornings and early afternoons are almost always easier to book than weekend prime time.
- If a course looks fully booked, it's often worth checking again in a day or two, cancellations happen more than people expect.
- Confirm whether cart or walking is included, or an extra fee, before you book if it matters to you.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your tee time. Most courses will give your spot away if you're late.
Disclaimer. Booking processes vary slightly by course and platform. This guide describes typical behavior, always follow the specific instructions on the course's own booking page.
